Mac & More is committed to providing authentic products, reliable support, and a smooth after-sales experience. This warranty policy explains the coverage, terms, and conditions applicable to all products purchased through Mac & More Bangladesh.


1. Standard Warranty

Eligibility

  • All products purchased directly from Mac & More (online or offline).

  • Warranty duration depends on product category and manufacturer policy.

Coverage

  • Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Hardware malfunctions (as per manufacturer’s policy).

  • Free repair or replacement of defective parts within the warranty period.

Exclusions

  • Accidental damage (fire, water, drops, cracks).

  • Unauthorized repairs or software modifications.

  • Physical damage, cosmetic damage, or wear & tear.

  • Accessories (charger, cable, earphones, cases, etc.).

Service Process

  • Customers must present the original invoice and product packaging.

  • Repairs/replacements are processed within the standard service timeline (usually 7–21 working days).


2. Extended Warranty / Care Plans (If Purchased)

Eligibility

  • Available for selected products at the time of purchase by paying an additional fee.

Coverage

  • Extends the standard manufacturer warranty for an additional 1–2 years.

  • Covers internal hardware issues as per extended warranty terms.

Exclusions

  • Same as Standard Warranty.

  • Accidental or intentional damage.


3. AppleCare & Premium Plans

Eligibility

  • Applicable only for Apple products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, etc.).

  • Must be purchased at the time of buying the device.

Coverage

  • Hardware issues including logic board, display, battery, and internal malfunctions.

  • Faster repair/replacement service compared to standard warranty.

Exclusions

  • Fire, water, and accidental damage.

  • Unauthorized repairs and third-party modifications.

  • Accessories.

Service Process

  • Customers must bring the device + box (no need for accessories).

  • Replacement or repair within the committed service time.


4. General Terms & Conditions

  1. Warranty Activation – Must be registered at the time of purchase with invoice.

  2. Authorized Service – Warranty is valid only at Mac & More or authorized service partners.

  3. Non-Transferable – Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  4. Data Loss Disclaimer – Customers are responsible for data backup before service.

  5. Final Decision – Mac & More reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.

  6. No Liability for Extra Damages – Mac & More will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


How to Claim Warranty

  1. Visit any Mac & More service center or authorized partner.

  2. Bring the device, original invoice, packaging, and a valid photo ID.

  3. Service team will inspect and confirm warranty eligibility.

  4. Repair or replacement will be provided within the service timeframe.
