Mac & More is committed to providing authentic products, reliable support, and a smooth after-sales experience. This warranty policy explains the coverage, terms, and conditions applicable to all products purchased through Mac & More Bangladesh.
1. Standard Warranty
Eligibility

All products purchased directly from Mac & More (online or offline).

Coverage

Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

Hardware malfunctions (as per manufacturer’s policy).

Exclusions

Service Process

2. Extended Warranty / Care Plans (If Purchased)
Eligibility

Available for selected products at the time of purchase by paying an additional fee.
Coverage

Extends the standard manufacturer warranty for an additional 1–2 years.

Covers internal hardware issues as per extended warranty terms.
Exclusions

Same as Standard Warranty.

3. AppleCare & Premium Plans
Eligibility

Applicable only for Apple products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, etc.).

Must be purchased at the time of buying the device.
Coverage

Hardware issues including logic board, display, battery, and internal malfunctions.

Faster repair/replacement service compared to standard warranty.
Exclusions

Fire, water, and accidental damage.

Service Process

Customers must bring the device + box (no need for accessories).

4. General Terms & Conditions

Warranty Activation – Must be registered at the time of purchase with invoice.

Authorized Service – Warranty is valid only at Mac & More or authorized service partners.

Non-Transferable – Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Data Loss Disclaimer – Customers are responsible for data backup before service.

No Liability for Extra Damages – Mac & More will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
How to Claim Warranty
